Order Form

To place an order, please fill out the form below and allow 24-48 hours for a response.

Please note:

1. Orders need to be placed at least two weeks before the date of pick up/delivery, otherwise a $25 rush fee per order may apply.

2. Only one flavour per dozen cupcakes.

3. A quote for customized cupcakes/cakes will be sent to you based on the information that you provide.

4. A 50% deposit is required once your order has been placed and the remaining balance is due 48 hours before pick up/delivery (unless payment is provided in person).

5. Pick up is located in Richmond Hill, Ontario.  Exact location will be provided once order has been confirmed.

6. Delivery is available for a fee (based on location, minimum fee is $20).

7. Chu on Sweets is not a nut-free environment and cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.
